Coleman Fairmont Camping Sleeping Bags

Coleman make great camping sleeping bags and the Fairmont model is no different.

This model uses the ComfortSmart technology ensuring comfort and durability. It is built for mild conditions down to about 50 degrees and ideally suits people of about 5’11″ in height.

The Coleman Fairmont has a polyester mixed with flannel liner and a polyester cover. It has an outside pocket and uses ZipPlow to avoid snags. It also allows two similar bags to be zipped together. This essentially turns two camping sleeping bags into one double sleeping bag. It has Comfort Cuff which is a cushioning that surrounds the face. Other Coleman features include Roll Control, fiberlock, thermolock, zipperglide and quick cord. This is a great sleeping bag for girls. The colors are very vibrant, the material is very soft, and it is also very roomy and warm inside. My daughter loves it and cant wait to use it for camping since so far its been getting alot of use on the floor while watching TV! The price is also great as I couldnt beat it at any of my local stores.

Coleman Rimstone Sleeping Bag Review

As a first time camper, I wanted a sleeping bag that was comfortable and warm and I found it. The material inside kept me warm all night… the temperature dropped to below 42 degrees. It was cold! I knew the next day that I would have to drive into town and purchase a blanket to put over top of me. After speaking with other campers in my group I realized I had the best sleeping bag. I would suggest bringing a warm blanket for the ride, as no sleeping bag can keep you that warm in 42 degree weather.

I really like this sleeping bag. I bought it for how wide and long this thing is but there are three things I should mention first that I dont like. The first one is how warm it keeps you if your not in the cold weather; you will be boiling at night. Second is the pillow you get. Its small and doesnt have much filling in it but i guess i cant complain though its free with the bag and last I thought it should have came with a bag to put the sleeping bag in instead of the sown on one.

I used this bag a few times in the fall of 07.
